Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. All pieces are made to order — production begins immediately after your order is placed.

Shipping

We ship within 10–14 days (crochet) or 5–14 days (knitwear) of your order. Tracking is emailed when your piece ships.

Returns

14 days from delivery for unworn, original-condition pieces. Made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Every HazumiCrafts piece is handmade to order. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, and dimensions from the photos are normal and not considered defects. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your order, including delivery delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Term and Termination

We reserve the right to cancel any order, refuse service, or suspend access to our store if a customer breaches these terms — including fraudulent chargebacks, abusive conduct, or misuse of our returns policy. In such cases we will notify you by email at the address provided at checkout.
